838 - Government Resources for Small Business Entrepreneurs
This assignment was a great tool for me, both as a student and while working at the reference desk. There have been several times where aspiring business owners have come and asked advice and direction. Having a "handout" to give them is a great way to be of service as they begin their journey. Researching the available resources was very informative and it was amazing to discover how many services the government supports. I was able to find many helpful resources and repackage them successfully. Repackaging information is a great way to help patrons and working on "handouts" and brochures is a great way to give them direction.
